Where you'll be based

Our Human Resources programme for Autumn 2024 is a Group programme and you could be based anywhere in the UK. We ask all our graduates to be flexible and willing to move during their programme.

Joining a Group Graduate Programme provides you with a unique opportunity to experience various sectors, understand what differentiates their businesses and where the commonalities are. Specifically, you may find yourself in placements at the heart of our Corporate Services, Marine, Land, Aviation and Nuclear sector aligned teams. This is a great foundation for an accelerated career as it will offer you broad experience and wide business exposure.

We ask all our graduates to be flexible and willing to move during the programme – as our different business areas have sites across the UK, placing our specialism closer to the customer. However, we will work with you to understand your preferences and will combine business need with individual preferences where we can.
